These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the NECROS ATELIER website and purchases made through it.

By accessing the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not place an order through the website.

NECROS ATELIER is operated as part of NECROS HOLDINGS and offers fashion, accessories and related products through this website.

References to “NECROS ATELIER”, “we”, “our” or “us” in these Terms refer to the operator of this store.

Certain features require an authenticated customer account. You are responsible for ensuring information supplied during registration and checkout is accurate and current.

You are responsible for maintaining reasonable security over access to your account and should contact us if you believe it has been accessed without authorization.

We may restrict or suspend accounts used for fraudulent, abusive or otherwise unlawful activity.

We aim to display product descriptions, images, materials, colours, dimensions and other information as accurately as reasonably possible.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography and the device or display being used.

Product availability is subject to stock and may change without notice.

The store's base transaction currency is LKR unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Other displayed currencies are provided for convenience and may use changing conversion rates.

The amount payable for an order is the amount shown during checkout in the applicable transaction currency.

We may correct genuine pricing or technical errors before an order is confirmed.

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted.

After checkout an order may initially appear as Pending. It becomes Confirmed when NECROS ATELIER accepts it and the order status is updated.

We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, submitted information is invalid, fraudulent activity is suspected or another legitimate fulfilment issue prevents completion.

If we cancel an order after successful payment, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and the relevant payment method.

Available payment methods may include Cash on Delivery, manual bank transfer and supported online payment methods where offered.

Cash on Delivery

For eligible Cash on Delivery orders, payment is normally collected when the order is delivered unless otherwise communicated.

Bank Transfer

Bank transfer orders remain payment pending until the transfer is verified by NECROS ATELIER. Uploading payment proof does not itself mean that payment has been approved.

Online Payments

Where online gateway payments become available, transactions may also be subject to the payment provider's own terms, privacy practices and processing rules.

NECROS ATELIER may offer promotional codes, first-order offers, launch promotions or other discounts from time to time.

Promotions may have eligibility rules, expiry dates, minimum purchase requirements, maximum discount caps, product exclusions, total usage limits or per-customer usage limits.

Promotional discounts apply according to the conditions shown for the promotion and may not be exchanged for cash or combined unless explicitly stated.

We may reject or withdraw a discount obtained through abuse, duplication, manipulation or other unintended use.

Certain products may offer an optional Gift Experience or other gift presentation service for an additional charge.

The applicable Gift Experience charge is displayed during checkout. For a multi-product order using Gift Experience, the highest configured product Gift Experience charge is applied once to the order.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that personal gift messages are appropriate and accurate.

NECROS ATELIER Gift Cards are stored-value products issued after the associated purchase and payment have been approved.

Gift Cards may be delivered immediately or on a scheduled date, are redeemed using their issued code, and may be used across more than one eligible purchase while a valid balance remains.

Gift Cards are not promotional discounts, do not earn interest and are not exchangeable for cash except where required by applicable law.

Where an order paid partly or fully by Gift Card is cancelled or refunded, the applicable Gift Card portion may be restored to the original Gift Card rather than paid out as external money.

NECROS Elite Points are a customer loyalty benefit and have no cash value outside the NECROS ATELIER redemption system.

When enabled, points are earned only under the current store rules, including after an eligible order becomes Delivered and Paid. Shipping and Gift Experience charges do not earn points.

Point value, earning rate and minimum redemption amount are governed by the store settings displayed to the customer and may be updated for future activity.

Points redeemed on a cancelled order may be restored, and points earned from merchandise that is later refunded may be reversed or adjusted to keep the account balance accurate.

Shipping costs, supported delivery areas, dispatch estimates and other delivery conditions are described during checkout and in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery times unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Additional costs caused by incorrect information, failed delivery or requested redelivery may be charged where applicable.

Orders that remain Pending may be eligible for immediate cancellation through the customer account.

Once an order has been Confirmed, cancellation may require approval from NECROS ATELIER.

Orders that have progressed further through fulfilment, dispatch or delivery may no longer be eligible for cancellation and may instead fall under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Returns, exchanges, damaged-item claims and refunds are governed by our separate Returns & Refunds Policy.

For standard eligible returns, the customer pays return delivery and the standard refund covers eligible merchandise value only. Original shipping, Gift Experience charges and customer-paid return delivery are not included except where required by applicable law.

Where a product includes a specific warranty, authenticity commitment or care requirement, those details may be displayed on the relevant product page.

A warranty does not normally cover misuse, improper care, accidental damage, unauthorized modification or normal wear unless specifically stated otherwise.

You may use this website only for lawful shopping and related purposes consistent with these Terms.

You must not intentionally interfere with the website's operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, misuse customer accounts, submit fraudulent orders or use automated systems in a way that materially disrupts the service.

Unless otherwise stated, branding, product photography, graphics, written content, visual designs, logos and other original material displayed through NECROS ATELIER are owned by or licensed to NECROS ATELIER or NECROS HOLDINGS.

They may not be copied, reproduced, republished or commercially exploited without authorization except where permitted by law.

Parts of the website may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, email delivery, storage, exchange-rate information, delivery, payment processing or other infrastructure.

Availability of those services may occasionally affect website features outside our direct control.

We aim to provide accurate information and reliable services, but the website may occasionally experience errors, interruptions or temporary unavailability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NECROS ATELIER will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting solely from use of, or temporary inability to use, the website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where that exclusion or limitation would not be permitted by applicable law.

We are not responsible for delays or inability to fulfil an obligation caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including major courier disruption, natural disasters, infrastructure outages, government restrictions or similar events.

Information collected through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms as our products, services, payment methods, loyalty features or operating requirements change.
